She is flexible in meeting the needs of clients while respecting that every individual knows what is best for them. Her aim is to provide a comprehensive and skilled counselling and psychotherapy service, committed to the highest degree of ethical practice and care for clients.
Counselling focuses on a particular issue that you are working through right now. The main areas that I work on include: separation; personal transition, mental health; wellbeing; family; loss of someone close; communicatiion difficulties; relationship/marriage difficulties and psychosexual issues.

Qualifications
I am a fully qualified and accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in a private practice in Bray, Co. Wicklow. I hold a MSc in Psychotherapy, BSc.in Psychology and a BSc. in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I also hold a Professional Certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy( CBT)
I have worked with Relationships Ireland for the last twelve years. I also work as a Couple and Relationship Counsellor with The Living Life Counselling Centre in Bray, Co. Wicklow. (since 2000 to the present day).
As an accredited Counsellor / Psychotherapist and an accredited Supervisor, I am required to engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
